The thickness of the sheep’s wool gives this design a plush, almost shaggy feel – so it’s supremely soft underfoot. Perfect for a bedroom or living space, or anywhere you want an extra dose of cozy.

Hand-knotted by a collective of 200 master artisans in Cappadocia, Turkey, each rug takes two weavers up to three months to complete. All made start-to-finish in a fair trade working environment.

We recommend using a rug pad to reduce wrinkles and slippage. Since each rug is handwoven, each piece is truly one of a kind. Please expect some variation in size.

Basic care: Shedding of loose fibers is normal with new wool rugs. Simply vacuum lightly and it will subside over time. Avoid direct and prolonged sunlight exposure. 

Treating stains: If the stain was caused by liquid, act quickly to prevent from drying – use a clean, damp cloth to absorb. When in doubt, professional cleaning is always going to be your best bet.
